Sinners Judging Sinners For Sinning Differently

“Sinners judging sinners for sinning differently.”

Sui Ishida

“That is a major sin, Indeed and my heart goes to them all. I pray that Allah Pak will forgive us for not helping the flood victims the way we should. Their faces revolve in front of my eyes and my heart cries for being thankless. Allah has granted us more than we deserve… True Bhabhi (sister-in-law)! We sin time and again yet He never abandons us. He never stops feeding us despite the fact that we do so many forbidden things. Indeed, He is all Merciful.”

“Yeah. Sometimes, we are sinners judging sinners but we do try to avoid multiple sins such as by not breaking each other’s hearts and not saying hurtful things. Alhamdulillah (praise be to God)!”

“Yes..yes. Saba got the job as well. The salary is quite low but Bhabhi it is enough for my poor innocent girl. Well! You are right but you know her baba (father) does not allow her to work outside the house. We are not modern like Bano Baji to allow the girl to do office job all alone.”

“Hahaha… I heard about how her only daughter brought shame to her and her husband by demanding to live with them after marriage. I mean that is against tradition. Does our love for our parents know no boundaries? Or did our eyes not cry when leaving their house? But, we always were so well-trained that we agreed to marry as per our parents’ wishes.

It is a picture of quote a barren tree on a barren grey land" and it is indicating the theme of emptiness in “Sinners judging sinners for sinning differently.

Alhamdulillah! My Saba has never disobeyed me at all. The day before tomorrow, remember, she went to Bano Baji’s house. Oh yes. Actually, she was feeling bored so I asked her to visit them. The poor child had to go alone. No. no.no. Please do not be angry, I asked her to visit you but she said that she was at your place last week. You know the little girl wants to live her life as her heart wishes.

And yes as I was telling Saba went to visit them, and you will not believe that she was met with utter hostility. Did not I use to say that their house is cursed? One affliction after another. Again, we sinners are not judging other sinners but the Ulama Baji (religious scholar) at the majlis (religious meeting) was telling us that a curse of this magnitude attacks those people who are too sinful. Those who have committed major sins. Astaghfirullah (I seek forgiveness in God)…

No, no. Bano Baji did nothing.. Her daughter Nida humiliated my child. Saba cried a lot and she is still unwell. Saba asked Nida to share her plans regarding marriage and you tell me what is wrong with it? Tell me Bhabhi? Saba’s father has just come from the ICU and now she should get married so that a burden may fall off from his shoulders. Hmmm…Life is uncertain, you are very right.

Instead of answering the question, Nida attacked my daughter. She asked her to get married and learn some manners of being the guest. I mean Saba wanted her well, right? Yes. yes. Baji was preparing soup for her husband. Yet, she could have asked Nida to shut her mouth and respect the guest. But what can we say…

Saba was saying that Nida has started to work again and she congratulated Nida too. Yes.. she did ask about her salary but Bhabhi and Nida did not answer. I know why people try to be so secretive.

Well. What can we say? We have never concealed anything from anyone. She must be getting a lot, I presume from her lifestyle. She could have told my Saba so that my daughter may start to earn a lot too. Alas! these shallow and proud people! The easiest way to Allah is by helping His creatures.

Do tell what your children are doing? Yes. Yes. Saba will come for sure, I will not, I am sorry as I have to go to the market. No, no, she will be coming alone …umm… I mean we will not be coming with her. The times are challenging and we can trust no one. So I was wondering if Ehsaan can come to pick her up? That is wonderful! Hahahha… “

Bhabhi, the doorbell just rang and I think Saba’s papa has come. I will call you later.

Take care, Allah Hafiz (may God protect)!
